Isolate – The Theory

What do I mean by isolation?

That you analyse which part of an emotional experience or feeling is yours and which part belongs to someone else.

And the way to find out is to ‘talk’ to your experience. Every moment we experience in our life is coded. On the one hand, it is linked to a time experience on your biographical lifeline. On the other hand, it is linked to an location. These two data allow us to go back to a specific memory in a specific location. Yes, all that information remains energetically accessible at all times. It is going too far here to deepen the theory about this. But you can search for yourself about Akasha Chronics if you want.

We can also zoom in on that specific time and place on an energetic level, to investigate how things are now. And how it will be with your own energy and that in connection with the other.

Now it gets exciting. I will challenge and invite you through an exercise, to fully get into the feeling or the feelings and the experiences. And that is not always a pleasant experience. But it is necessary to understand how to properly master the technique of isolation.

IMPORTANT NOTE: if you suffered form either a mental, physical or spiritual Trauma in the past, I want you to make sure that you’re not alone the moment you do this exercise. It would be best, you ask me for help with it. The exercise could stir your emotions in a way, you don’t expect. And I want you to be emotionally safe all the times!

Exercise – Isolate 

You have already done the body scan exercise and feeling in preparation.

Go in your mind, chatting and babbling with yourself,  to the feelings and emotions and experiences that you have awakened with the feeling exercise.

And then you look with your inner eyes to your body. And skin.

What emotions, feelings and experiences do I come across here?

And with all memories and  experiences, you ask yourself the question: is this energy mine? If so, what can I still do with it and learn from it? If not, who’s is it? Do I know who’s energy I feel? And if you don’t know, then you know it’s not yours.

In this exercise, you let your associations be guided by your energy system. And you use your energetic body in an intuitive way.
