How can you get Reiki in to your daily life?
When will it be You – doing reiki, when will it be Reiki for another you are applying?
It is like giving yourself a fantastic daily gift if you are able to do reiki every day. Of course you can use it before you sleep. You can use it in the morning to start the day with de 5 mantra’s.
Diane Stein – one of the pioneers who made Reiki more accessible for everyday people told us: ‘The greatest gift of Reiki – is using her!’

Selftreatment sitting down
Relax, contact with yourself, feel and connect with the earth. Put your feet on the ground and feel and open the foot-chakra in each foot. Put on top your ankles, knees, buttocks, breast, chest, back, make a long spinal cord, stretch and sit up straight. Feel your chest going with your breath, it is the place where your live lives 😉 Feel the chord from your head to the sky.
Connect with yourself, in compassion, from your heart. Ask your inner child to be with you, your deepest being. Ask Reiki for yourself.
Take your loving and caring hands and put them in front of your eyes. Let the flow go. Feel the Reiki and take it with you to the second position. Put your hand over your ears.
Go with your hands to your throat chakra. Let the fingers rest in your neck, easily are your hand palms seated…
The next position is the top of your breast – feel the heartchakra going with it. Put your hands aside, feel how far you can get.
Take the back form the diaphragm and kidneys as well, it feels very soothing!
Now back to front – one hand on the belly, the other at your solar plexus. When your feel it is all going allright – take the downside of your belly. Also the sides. Make connection with your thighs.
Now you put one hand on your knee, the other on the lower back. Turn later around, other knee, again lower back, other hand.
Put both hands on your knees, later on your ankles and feet.
Say thank you the way you do so, drink a glas of pure water and thank for the received Reiki.
The five Reiki – Principles
The 5 principles are a guideline, not a rule, to help you get in moral shape on daily basis. For me they’re like a kind reminder, daily, to make a connection with Reiki and to act according to it.
Some people do not like the principles at all. For example, if you parents gave you a rough childhood – due to any circumstances – why would you thank them? And how about earning money proper and honest, even if you might have little? Why am I supposed not to become angry? What if someone treats me really bad?
The real power of the mantra’s lies in the short addition ‘Just For Today’. Not forever. It is an invitation for you to check every time what the proper action is. Is it really worth to become angry? Is it really necessary to worry?
I want to ask you; to practice the 5 mantra’s on a daily basis. And I want to ask you to look for the words, how they resonate with YOU. I have found my own way in saying the words, in Dutch. I ask you to look for how you can sculpt the mantras to help you.
Being in Reiki & using Intuition in your work
I looked from aside on a documentary on Professional Cycling. Yes the sport with all the doping trouble and former front men like Armstrong…I noticed the following sentences.
Journalist: ‘What do you do, with al this anger about what is happening in your sport?’
Runner: ‘I try to take all my anger and transform it into energy I really can use.’
Reiki is energy at work. And energy can be put in or taken out, as stated earlier. We all know sayings like: ‘It gives me energy or it costs so much energy’…Energy is a quite vague but at the same time visual word. We can fill her in the way we like. I would like you to take you to the place where we are going to combine work and Reiki.
Reiki @ Work-exercise. We need a good chair, some quietness, paper and pencils.
Relax, Sit down and go in to Reiki. Take your self by the hand and go to your working spot. Check how you get to your working spot. If there are difficulties, notice them, take a second for them and then release them.
When you’ve mentally arrived, ask your working self:’Where is Reiki useful for today?’ If you feel this is not working, rephrase: ‘Where do I need my intuition today? What is needed for the meeting / reference / plan etc.’
See and notice what is coming to you. Symbols? Songs? Guides? Feelings?
Go to the paper and write down as short and efficient and complete as possible.
Now think back on the blockages, which you’ve noticed in your voyage. Put them on the back of the side.
Get back to here and now. Give yourself three realities, thank for the given insights. Check what you’ve gathered and compare to each other.
Together you can check and enrich the experience of another. Try to transfer the language of symbols and ideas and paintings in your head to real words and the world outside. See what learning points popped up. For YOU 😉
Energetical excercises for woman (and also good for man)
The female body is a unique and wonderful micro-world. The Western medicine world is actually built on the male body. Mainly man holds all the big scientific studies. Energetically the woman and man are quite different.
Donna Eden – what’s in a name – suffered a long time with her body and illnesses. She developed an energetic system, where she reaches out for connection between the big energetic systmes each body has.
I want to teach you these exercises. I think there ‘da bom’. They are so useful, they helped me conquer all kinds of trouble in physical sense. For me is Capoeira also a way of living to become more and more sensitive and physically aware. Others do Yoga.
The following exercises are wonderful and easy to do. They help you to develop a good and healthy relationship with your body.

You Did It!
Congratulations! You are now a fully certified and trained Reiki I therapeut. You are able to treat people and I give you full confidence and trust that you will do that wonderful.
You really should consider how you will receive payments when you treat people.
Money?
Yes. For sure. It is not good to give away Reiki for free. Why?
Because the energy itself is free, but your training, skills and training aren’t. We live in a society where money is the common trait and you need to live as well, and you need money for that. If you want to share in richness of knowledge, you will need to feed and enrich yourself first.
What if you will not? If you don’t want to be paid in what form ever if you do Reiki? You are free to chose what you want to do, I just can say: take your trained gift serious, and the receiving party will also.
