Every day we make energetic connections. And if you are a working mother, you usually interact daily with many different people, locations and atmospheres and emotions. 

It is nice when you can consciously choose not to drag those connections with you all day. How do you know if you are still connected?

• You always think about a phrase of a conversation;

• A sentence someone said to you keeps repeating over and over;

• A whatsapp message won’t get out of your mind;

• You think about a specific person all the time;

• You feel strange, unbalanced,not connected with yourself;

• You get easily irritated;

• You can’t get ahead with your plans for the day;

• Everything feels heavy, as if a load is resting on your shoulders;

• You feel an unpleasant atmosphere around you all the time;

• You get tired when you think of a person, situation, location, atmosphere;

• You cannot get yourself to do the things that must be done;

Feel – Theory

We have been given several sense, all of which have a clair voyant, hearing or feeling counterpart. And we will address them. I do that in guided meditations. Below is the first video in which you explore yourself feeling. In addition, you also get a thorough grounding exercise so that you can start to work basically with your Energy Format.

Stimuli, so also energy stimuli are absorbed through your senses. These stimuli are converted and categorized in your brain. One of the labels that you put on it, is where the stimulus comes from. And this label is sometimes incorrect! I give you some examples:

“I feel irritated. Probably because I slept badly. “

Perhaps it comes from someone else who is irritated in your environment.

“I have a strange feeling about that conversation. I must have chosen the wrong words. “

 

The other person may still be in your system. That is in energy connection that you still can feel. And that takes your energy.  

 

“I am always so restless when family XOXO comes to visit. It is such a mess here, I would like to have everything cleaned and organized before they are there.”

Maybe you put your own norms and values under those of family XOXOX. That you try to adapt their values and ways of doing things and put yourself in status below them.  And then you lose the focus with your own energy. You are resonating with their energy. And you can feel it and it makes you insecure, weary and unfocussed.

 “What an annoying app-message in the appgroup XIXI. And , why, why I ALWAYS have to be so sensitive on these things?

The energy of such an app group can stick to you. And you can feel and perceive that as being a sensitive person. And you can attach to the group energy which changes and fluctuates by the input of everyone in the group.

Feel your body consciously.

Stand or sit.

In your mind, walk all over your body, exactly where your skin comes into contact with the air. Per body part perceive your body through the touch of your skin. Imagine being able to travel the entire surface of the skin. You observe yourself with your fullest attention. And therefore you also feel. Just like a gust of wind you feel in your face when you walk on the beach. You can also examine your skin more from the inside. What if you are an ant and can comfortably travel and view your entire body? Which is also a good way to scan yourself.

There is also a more technical image you van use. That you get to focus on your body layer by layer. Exercising and training body awareness is a big part of energy work. And you will always benefit from being able to read and describe your own experience well.

 The order is from bottom to top. Feel your feet. How are they in your shoe, how do you make contact with the earth? Feel your ankles. Hos are they above your feet? Are they smooth? How do they help you get from a to b? Do you feel your knees? Are they locked? Open? Wobbly? Feel your thighs, your hampstrings. Are they strong? Wide? Powerful? Feel your buttocks. Are they high? Low? Full of energy? Carrying capacity? Relax? Feel your belly. On the front side. Feel the softness and strength at the same time. Fill your chest. Feel the lungs moving up and down with your breath inside. Feel the back of your back. Start at the lower back. Then to the shoulder blades and the upper back. Is there tension? Do you feel width? do you notice that you can feel resonance with your back? Feel your neck. And your neck. The narrowest part of our body. Feel the power and finesse of the movements you can make here. Feel your face. How are the muscles today? Already laughed or smiled? Feel your head. Does it pull? Is there tension? Feel your mouth and tongue. How does your tongue lie in your mouth? Is she relaxed? When you have practiced this entire trit, for a longer period of time, it is possible to have yourself completely in view with a few breaths.
